The hotel was beautiful. The staff was friendly, fantastic, professional, and warm. The room had everything I needed. When I made my reservation , I mentioned that I was disabled and needed a room close to an elevator. They did better than that. They put me on the first floor in a handicap room, and I appreciated that so much it made me cry. The thoughtfulness of it. When I go to Raleigh, that will be the hotel I will always stay at, and I will recommend you to everyone I know. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Yes. There were some issues with the stay ... no soap in the room. Only one paper cup in the room. Not enough towels for 3 of us for 2 days. I asked 3 times before my requests were met.

I've stayed at this hotel several times in the past, primarily because of location and it's proximity to where my family that I visit lives. Plus it's right near the I-540 exit so it's easy access from the interstate.
